The Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department will obtain the use of buses, drivers, and attendants to be employed for summer field trips servicing children participating in programs being offered by Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation throughout the County from June 7 through July 27, 2017. The trip destinations include sites in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota and Osceola counties as stated on Exhibit "A" attached to the Interlocal Agreement. Hillsborough County will reimburse the School Board for cost of transporting passengers on a per bus, hourly and mileage basis, which shall include certified school bus drivers and attendants; fuel costs; ordinary wear and tear on the school buses; and any additional administrative charges.

The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners has reviewed and approved the proposed Interlocal Agreement at their regular meeting on May 17, 2017.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
