| Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Roof Replacements at Two Sites (Lee, Hillsborough) | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for roof replacements at Lee Elementary and Hillsborough High Schools. District staff selected R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide construction management services. The scope of work includes the reroof of Building 1 at Hillsborough High School and the replacement of the entire roof at Lee Elementary School.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 4, 2017. |

Funds in the amount of $1,209,689.00 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8238. As of Tuesday, June 6, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $1,123,685.00.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $1,075,445.00 |
