Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Student Nutrition Services' Four Cooler Freezers | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Student Nutrition Services' assessment of kitchen facilities established interior cold storage units need to be replaced at Anderson and Potter Elementary and Blake and Durant High Schools. District staff selected Rowe Architects Incorporated and HCBeck, Ltd, dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The project scope consists of the complete removal and replacement of the existing interior cold storage units at these schools. Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for August 4, 2017. |

Funds in the amount of $824,711.36 will be available in the Student Nutrition Services funds. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 9109. As of Tuesday, June 6, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $740,225.36.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $698,036.36. |
