Approve the Memorandum of Agreement with Minimise, USA, LLC, for the Energy Management and Conservation Services Project (Business Services Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As we work to reduce district expenditures in Energy Services, one of the solutions for Hillsborough County Public Schools is to partner with Minimise, USA, LLC. This partnership is designed to reduce energy consumption without the requirement or need for capital investment or hiring of additional district staff. The benefits of working with Minimise, USA, LLC, will be two-fold: 1) partnering with an expert industry leader in the field of Energy Services, and 2) utilizing technology to its fullest potential while not hiring additional district staff. | |

Rollout: July 18, 2017 (completed) August 1, 2017 - Memorandum of Agreement Energy Survey, Minimise, USA, LLC August 2, 2017 - Provide electric bills for previous 24 months August 15, 2017 - Provide Building Site Blueprints Mid August/September 2017 - Conduct 25-30 Site Surveys (three - four months) November/December 2017 - Agreement for Scope of Work (estimate of plan and savings) Monthly updates will be presented to the School Board during Financial highlights. |
