EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
As a component of the Math/Science Partnership Grant, Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) and Polk County Public Schools have created 48 integrative Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) lessons for grades K-8 that will be submitted to the Florida Department of Education lesson repository, CPALMS. As the provider, FSU shall perform the following activities satisfactorily, competently, and professionally in relation to HCPS goals:

Funds in the amount of $43,760 will be available in the Math Science Partnership Grant. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3138. As of August 8, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $43,760. | |
EVALUATION | |
An evaluation of the effectiveness of lessons is being conducted through field testing and vetting of the lesson plans. | |
