Report and Highlight the Enhanced Cost Savings Communication Option for Families in our Community using Peachjar, E-Flyer Management System (Outreach and School Improvement)
The School Board approved Peachjar, an e-flyer management system district-wide for the 2016/17 academic year (August 2016).  To date, including engagement during the summer break, the district has communicated 25,676 e-flyers saving $641,900 using Peachjar to reach over 180,000 subscribers. 

Peachjar offers our student families and community:
  • Assurance that families subscribed receive important school and community information
  • A reduction in the administrative burden placed on schools
  • A Peachjar digital flyer library that provides both English and Spanish templates
  • The ability for the district and community to track family engagement with metrics
  • An environmental savings of 4,413.79 trees
• Develop a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration • Engage and communicate with families and stakeholders • Continuously improve processes and systems • Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health
District savings (August 2017) is $641,900
Community savings (August 2017) is $277,662
Total District/Community savings combined is $919,562
Peachjar provides weekly updates using the following data points:  subscriber/usage, flyers sent by district and community, number of trees saved, and engagement with content.
