Approve License Agreements Between the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County and the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida for Air Quality Monitoring Equipment at Kenly and Grady Elementary Schools
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On October 13, 2015, the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, entered into License Agreements with the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County (EPC) to install and operate air quality monitoring equipment on the campuses of Kenly and Grady Elementary Schools.  The initial term of these agreements will expire on October 31, 2017.  The EPC has requested permission to continue to operate the equipment at the schools.  The EPC will continue to be responsible for all utilities necessary for electrical power and after termination, will remove all equipment and utilities and return the area to the same condition prior to their use.

The initial term of the attached License Agreements will commence on November 1, 2017, and terminate on October 31, 2022, with an additional twelve (12) month extension term.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  No)
Approval of the License Agreements between the Environmental Protection Commission of Hillsborough County and the School Board of Hillsborough County for operation of air quality monitoring equipment at Kenly and Grady Elementary Schools will have no financial impact to the School Board.
