| Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof and Selected Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Roof Top Unit (HVAC RTU) Replacements at Oak Grove Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for replacement of the roof and selected rooftop HVAC units at Oak Grove Elementary School. District staff selected C.B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On April 12, 2016, the Board appointed R.F. Lusa & Son's Sheetmetal, Inc. to provide construction management services.
The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance. |

Funds in the amount of $1,977,778.65 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8100 and 8138. As of Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $49,011.95.
