Approve Grant of Wastewater Utility Easement and Fee Reimbursement Agreement and Temporary Construction License Agreement to Lennar Homes, LLC at the Southeast Corner of the Giunta Middle School Campus

Lennar Homes has requested an easement on property owned by the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate, at the southeast corner of S. Falkenburg Road and Camden Fields Parkway on the campus of Giunta Middle School.  The purpose of the easement is to install wastewater utility facilities and related fixtures for a proposed subdivision located in the adjacent area.  The easement contains 522.18 +/- square feet; Lennar will pay a one-time easement fee of $5,000 and will be responsible for all legal costs and recording fees.  Lennar will be constructing the facilities and upon completion of the installation and acceptance by Hillsborough County, will assign the permanent utility easement to the County.

The Grant of Wastewater Utility Easement and Fee Reimbursement Agreement and the Temporary Construction License Agreement were prepared by School Board real estate legal counsel. 

Upon approval of the Wastewater Utility Easement and Fee Reimbursement Agreement and granting the Temporary Construction License Agreement with Lennar Homes, LLC, Lennar will pay the School Board a one-time $5,000 easement fee and be responsible for all legal costs and recording fees.
