Information Regarding Change of Placement for ESE Students (Chief of Schools)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
An Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Individual Educational Plan (IEP) Team has reviewed each of the cases of the ESE students who have committed expellable offenses during the first nine-week grading period. The IEP Team is chaired by the ESE Staffing Coordinator and is composed of the required participants. As required by law, manifestation determination was addressed for each ESE student to determine if, in fact, the expellable offense was a manifestation of the student's disability. In addition, the IEP Team has determined that a change of placement is warranted for each of these students.
