EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Teacher Incentive Fund Grant, Cohort 4, (TIF 4) serving 30 high needs schools is part of a larger ongoing districtwide commitment to attract, support, reward, and retain the most effective teachers and administrators. This agreement for evaluation services is recommended in order to fulfill the Teacher Incentive Fund Grant, Cohort 4, (TIF 4) requirement for a third-party evaluation consultant for the 2017/2018 school year during a no-cost extension period of the grant. Grant evaluation services include the following: evaluation design assistance, data analysis, and a comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation Report. | |

Funds in the amount of $20,000 will be available in the Teacher Incentive Fund Grant Project Funds for evaluation services. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3205. As of November 7, 2017, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $20,000. | |
EVALUATION | |
An external evaluation is required for this grant. Funds are allocated in the budget specifically to contract with an external evaluator to assess program activities and impacts. | |
