Enhancements to the Hillsborough School Employees Federation (HSEF) Employee Evaluation (Human Resources Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
For the past two years, the Human Resources Division has been working collaboratively with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation (HSEF) to enhance the evaluation instrument and evaluation process to focus on employee support and professional development. In January 2016, a working committee was convened for this task. The committee's work resulted in a new and enhanced instrument. These evaluation enhancements include the following:
