EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Office of Strategy Management is committed to using strategy best practices to drive organization performance and reach our vision of preparing students for life. Through the Strategic Plan, we track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure progress toward our Strategic Priorities (e.g., Increase Graduation Rates, Communicate with Stakeholders, Build Strong Culture & Relationships, Strengthen Foundation of Financial Stewardship). This information item provides a summary of available data from Quarter 2, 2017/2018, focusing on performance metrics for student learning, processes and financials, culture and relationships, and talent management.
