Student Nutrition Services' assessment of kitchen facilities determined that interior cold storage units needed to be replaced at Anderson Elementary, Potter Elementary, Blake High and Durant High. District staff selected Rowe Architects Incorporated and HCBeck, Ltd, dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The project scope consisted of the complete removal and replacement of the existing interior cold storage units at these schools.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Student Nutrition Services' assessment of kitchen facilities determined that interior cold storage units needed to be replaced at Anderson Elementary, Potter Elementary, Blake High and Durant High. District staff selected Rowe Architects Incorporated and HCBeck, Ltd, dba The Beck Group from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. As of Tuesday, January 30, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $332,550.18.
