Approve Amendments #1, #2, and #3 of the Shared Savings Plan Agreement with Minimise, USA, LLC, for the Energy Management and Conservation Services Project (Business Services Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This Shared Savings Plan Agreement is for the provision of gaining highly specialized knowledge and implementation regarding comprehensive energy saving technologies, reduction of energy consumption, and the use of alternative energy savings and energy generating devices. With the implementation of lighting and solar generation, the contract length must be extended to 25 years, due to technology evolution, installed equipment life cycle, lighting and installation, replacements, and warranties. | |

Energy and maintenance savings will come from baseline data gathered from utility bills, hours of school operation, maintenance savings, and installation of energy efficient lighting. | |

July 18, 2017 Information Rollout and plan update (completed) August 1, 2017 - Memorandum of Agreement Energy Survey, Minimise, USA, LLC (completed) August 9, 2017 - Provide electric bills for previous 24 months (completed) August 12, 2017 - Provide Building Site Blueprints (completed) October 2, 2017 - Conduct three phases of Site Surveys (four months) November 14, 2017 - Exhibit Items and progress of work update January 2018 - Agreement for Scope of Work (estimate of plan and savings) February 2018 - Amendments 1, 2, and 3 to update Shared Savings Plan Agreement Monthly updates will be presented to the School Board during Financial highlights. |
