Recognition of the Finalists and Winners of the 2017/2018 Hillsborough County 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest (Office of Teaching and Learning)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On February 28, 2018, 16 Hillsborough County Public Schools fourth and fifth grade students competed in the 2017/2018 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Contest District Finals.  Six students were awarded first, second, and third place.  Two students received honorable mentions and eight students were finalists.  There were approximately 13,000 fourth and fifth grade students from 76 elementary schools that competed in school-level competitions. We are proud to recognize our top winners for their accomplishments.
