Recognition of High School Yearbook "Dream Team" Support for Chamberlain High School (Office of Teaching and Learning)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
When teacher turnover revealed the Chamberlain yearbook staff was missing necessary pages to meet the deadline to publish the 2018 Totem, advisers and students from Newsome and Strawberry Crest High Schools volunteered their time and expertise to create content and fill pages with high quality content and ensure the book would be not only completed, but a book worth owning.  In just one day, the "Dream Team" of high school journalism students met the challenges with positive energy and hard work.  Together, the visiting staffers worked with the Chamberlain students to meet their publishing deadlines.

It is a wonderful moment when young people who may be rivals on the court or field come together to solve a problem with confidence and skill.  These students and their teachers are to be congratulated for being part of a team that is journalism.
