Approve the District Administrator Evaluation Instrument
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The attached evaluation rubric will be utilized to assess and provide high quality feedback on the practice of all district-based administrators.  The rubric was developed with input from a committee of varying leveled district administrators spanning multiple divisions and departments.  The rubric consists of components divided into five domains of professional practice, articulating expectations at various levels of performance.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Improve the high school graduation rate • Provide a student-centered learning environment that engages every child • Recruit, support, and retain a highly effective and diverse workforce • Develop, recognize, and reward employees • Develop a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration • Engage and communicate with families and stakeholders • Continuously improve processes and systems • Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health

EVALUATION
This program will be evaluated annually by the district.
