EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Hillsborough County Public Schools continues to implement our vision, "Preparing Students for Life." Because strong schools depend on stable finances, Hillsborough County Public Schools is transforming for the future with a stable and future-looking financial plan. We are reorganizing in ways that are efficient and effective. Our reorganization plan will ensure continuous financial stability while improving function within the organization. The realignment will show deletions/movements of divisions and departments in order to better serve our stakeholders. All changes are effective July 1, 2018, unless otherwise noted. The goals of our reorganization include a foundation of financial stewardship; a structure that supports our schools, students, and families; and an equitable focus for student achievement. Please find the following documents attached for the recommended changes approved by the Superintendent:

Additional positions paid out of Title II 1,027,534.40 $1,086,191.33, Teacher School Leadership Incentive Program (TSLIP) $141,658.52, Workforce $77,168.78, and IDEA $25,722.93. | |

The reorganization plan will be reviewed to determine effectiveness. Data will be monitored regularly and used for evaluation and future reorganization decisions. | |
