Approve the Agreement with Sequel TSI of Florida, LLC (Educational Access, Opportunity, and Alternatives) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Sequel TSI of Florida, LLC, contracts with the Department of Juvenile Justice to provide a residential commitment program for juveniles under the supervision of the Department of Juvenile Justice at the Columbus Juvenile Residential Facility (JRF). The Columbus JRF is a 50-bed facility for boys who have committed non-violent sexual offenses. The district must provide educational services to these clients, and these services are provided on site due to the students being incarcerated. |

EVALUATION | |
This program is evaluated annually by Youth Services department staff based on a model developed by the Juvenile Justice Educational Enhancement Program. This review will be completed by June 30, 2019. | |
