EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The Florida Department of Education supports the use of research-based curriculum that is developmentally appropriate and is designed to introduce children to literacy, social, and numerous experiences that focus on teaching to the whole child as well as enhances age-appropriate progress in attaining state-adopted performance standards. The Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum materials have been reviewed through the Voluntary Prekindergarten Program Curriculum Approval Process. Teaching Strategies will provide training to the 20 participating Pre-K ESE teachers to assist in the effective implementation of this curriculum. |

EVALUATION | |
Participating teachers will complete a survey on the effectiveness of the curriculum. Student progress will be monitored three times annually on the assessment, My Teaching Strategies – Teaching Strategies, LLC. | |
