Information Regarding Change of Placement of Regular Students (Educational Access, Opportunity, and Alternatives)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Administrative Hearing Committee on expulsion and change of placements met March 8, 19, 20, 22, 26, 27, 29; April 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26, 30; May 1, 3, 7, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31; June 5, 7, 12, and 14, 2018, to consider students from various schools for the expulsion or change of placement of regular education students whose conduct and behavior prohibit them from remaining in their regular education programs. In attendance for the hearings were the Hearing Officer, School Board Attorney, School Principal/Assistant Principal, a representative from Psychological Services, Alternative Education, Adult Education, and School Security.
