The proposed attendance boundary change would move a 30.1 acre property located south of Boyette Road and east of Balm Boyette Road from Dawson to Pinecrest Elementary. Currently the property is vacant, therefore no current students will be impacted. Two hundred and ninety one single-family homes have been proposed to be developed, which is currently split between the Dawson and Pinecrest Elementary attendance boundaries. This attendance boundary change will ensure that all students within this future development will be assigned to Pinecrest Elementary School.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The proposed attendance boundary change would move a 30.1 acre property located south of Boyette Road and east of Balm Boyette Road from Dawson to Pinecrest Elementary. Currently the property is vacant, therefore no current students will be impacted.
