| Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Roof Replacement at Caminiti Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for the roof replacement at Caminiti Elementary School. District staff selected C.B.Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of the roof.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. |

Funds in the amount of $1,557,396.00 will be available in the Community Investment Tax fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8238. As of Thursday, June 21, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $902,733.88.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $1,477,305. |
