EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
If approved, the district will be utilizing this agreement to purchase induction and LED lighting fixtures, as needed districtwide. The initial term of this contract is from April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2021. The district will commence its use July 18, 2018.  This contract may be renewed with one, two-year renewal option. FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $46,000 will be available in the Site and Utilities Department budget. Because this product is ordered districtwide, there is not one project number assigned for these purchases.
EVALUATION
Contract administration and evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (the "End User") and the Procurement Officer, who function as a team, by utilizing an online vendor performance report or via in-person reviews. The evaluation consists of an assessment of the vendor-provided goods and services, deliverables, and compliance with contractual requirements. The resulting data will support renewal decisions and/or alterations to a new agreement.
