EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
According to the newly enacted Chapter 2018-118, Laws of Florida, the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) must conduct an audit before any referendum to adopt a new discretionary sales surtax. This non-binding resolution will allow the continued exploration of the sales tax referendum by starting the audit process. This school board will later take up specifically how it will proceed with any referendum, if at all. |
