EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
An urgent requirement existed to replace out-of-service cooling towers serving the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) cooling plant at Freedom High/Liberty Middle Schools. District staff utilized National IPA contract piggyback to expedite equipment delivery.
District staff has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board Acceptance. |

Funds in the amount of $412,086.00 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8200. As of Monday, July 9, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $21,386.00.
