Approve the Agreement for Technical Services with Education Analytics, Inc., to Explore and Enhance Hiring, Developing, and Retaining Highly Effective Educators (Human Resources Division) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This Agreement for Technical Services and associated Statement of Work describes how Education Analytics, Inc., will support Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) in advancing two areas of work which support the district’s goals of hiring, developing, and retaining highly effective educators: Value Added Measures and Human Capital Analytics. As HCPS enters the final three months of the Teacher Incentive Fund 4 (TIF 4) Grant No-Cost Extension, there is a unique opportunity to utilize remaining federal grant funds to ensure these two areas of work best serve the district after grant-funding ends. This work will allow for enhanced sustainability of TIF 4 initiatives and further amplify the work that has been done over the last five years of the grant’s implementation. | |

Project deliverables will be reviewed by the Department Manager for Performance Evaluation and additional district staff. | |
