Adult Education Division has located classroom space for ESOL classes for CARIBE and Adult Education at the Mission Hill Church of Temple Terrace, formerly known as First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace, 10002 N. th Street, Temple Terrace, FL. This lease will be a continuation for the upcoming 2019/2020 term, but the new entity will be the current lessor of the property. The new lease will commence on January 31, 2019, and terminate on January 30, 2020, and the space will consist of eight classrooms, two computer labs with an annual rent of $16,297.20 (monthly rental fee is $1,349.76), with all utilities included. This lease fee has not increased from the previous year.

The facility will be used for approximately 200 adult learners enrolled through Adult Education and CARIBE for instruction in the English language serving immigrants, recent refugees and political asylees. This location has proven to be ideal for recruiting and retaining the targeted immigrant and refugee population.
