EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
In order to successfully run the athletics program, officials are a necessary expense for contests in all team sports. This item is to inform the Board of approximate annual expenditures for officials used by the district through agreements with local officials organizations. These officials organizations are listed below.

Funds in the amount of $468,237.00 will be available in the Athletics Department budget. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 6406. As of Tuesday, September 11, 2018, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $468,237.00. | |
