SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Statement of Work (SOW) with iBi Solutions for Analytics and Data Warehouse Development and Support for the School Climate Transformation Grant (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This SOW is governed by the terms of the Master Services Agreement between the district and iBi Solutions approved by the Board on April 21, 2015.  The SOW provides the fifth year of development and support for student discipline and behavior analytics for the School Climate Transformation Grant.  Specific contractors, currently employed at iBi Solutions, have worked on prior engagements with the district and have specific knowledge and expertise regarding these analytics.  The services provided through the grant will be utilized, as needed, through September 30, 2019.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Develop a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration • Continuously improve processes and systems • Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funding will not exceed $98,500. Funds in the amount of $32,250 are included in the School Climate Transformation Grant for year five. The district has also requested the grant provider to approve the use of $66,250 carryforward funds from year four to year five for this support. If the carryover is approved, the available grant funding will total $98,500. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3511. iBi Solutions provides services on a time and materials basis with no additional travel or per diem expenses.
EVALUATION
The School Climate Transformation Grant fully funds this agenda item. This agenda item will augment district staff with contractors to continue support of Climate analytics.  Leveraging these individuals provides a more cost-effective solution for staff augmentation than training contractors with no Climate analytics system experience.
