Approve the New Job Description for Supervisor, Communications Technician (Security and Emergency Management)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This position is being created to manage the expansion of Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) Security and Emergency Management personnel and workload in the HCPS Communications Dispatch Center as a result of the implementation of SB 7026, the “Marjory Stoneman Douglas Safe Schools Act.”   The Supervisor, Communications Technician, will be responsible for all personnel assigned to the Communications Dispatch Center.

EVALUATION
This position is fully funded from Part 1 funds.  The salary range of this position is $40,054.96 to $63,128.56.
