Recognize Winners of the 2018 National Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Essay Contest (Deputy Superintendent, Instructional)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
For the past three years the Tampa Housing Authority has afforded the opportunity for our students to participate in the National Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Essay Contest.  Each year eight to ten winners are selected and awarded a trip to Washington, DC to attend the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference. The 2018 winners are Blake High School, Ricardo Fryson; Chamberlain High School, Dezmond Coley, Chaze Wilson, and Chian Wilson; Jefferson High School, Diamond Brown and Zanaliyah Hutchinson; Wharton High School Keniarlie Dort.
