NHT Grand Oaks 1, LLC, NHT Grand Oaks Land, LLC, and YTG Grand Oaks 2, LP, (Grand Oaks) are the owners of a commercial property adjacent to Lamb Elementary School and have requested a drainage easement from the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate. The easement would accommodate a drainage pipeline for stormwater run-off into the School Board's existing drainage ditch from the point of connection to South 78th Street. The easement would also allow Grand Oaks ingress and egress over and across the easement area to maintain the pipeline and take over the School Board's responsibility to maintain the ditch.

Grand Oaks will pay a one-time easement fee in the amount of $7,500 and attorneys' fees in the amount of $1,000. This easement has been prepared by School Board real estate legal counsel.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
NHT Grand Oaks 1, LLC, NHT Grand Oaks Land, LLC, and YTG Grand Oaks 2, LP, (Grand Oaks) are the owners of a commercial property adjacent to Lamb Elementary School and have requested a drainage easement from the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, a body corporate.
