Approve Amendment Eight of the No Capital Outlay Plan Agreement with Minimise, USA, LLC, for the Energy Management and Conservation Services Project (Business Services Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Agreement is being updated to capitalize on the use of comprehensive energy saving technologies, reduction of energy consumption, and energy savings devices. Amendment eight expands the scope of work to include:  equipment and technology upgrades, preventative maintenance routine work and warranty work to cover our HVAC programs and projects encompassing Hillsborough County Public Schools.  This will be covered by Minimise, USA, in partnership with Skanska, USA.  Additional items: Updated school lighting list since June 1, 2018 Energy Management Services Program (Proper Private Public Partnership) pre-paid energy savings check (Lockhart Elementary School - guests) Edison Elementary School - Technology Presentation
