| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The City of Tampa has requested conveyance of .018 +/- acre (801 s.f.) of property from the School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida, at the corner of Osborne and Central Avenues, Tampa, FL, for the installation of a traffic signal. These corner clips would provide additional right-of-way and are located adjacent to Hillsborough High and Memorial Middle Schools. The installation of the traffic signal would provide added vehicular safety measures for the students, faculty and the community. |
