Approve the Reorganization of the Compliance Office (Compliance Office) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The new Senior Compliance Investigator and Compliance Investigator positions have been created to ensure high quality investigative processes associated with allegations related to Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. These positions replace the two existing, vacant Investigator 1, Professional Standards, Title IX (job code 56486) and the one current Investigator, Professional Standards units assigned to the Compliance Office. The new Supervisor, Compliance, will assist with the increased demand of developing, implementing, and monitoring the district’s federal and state compliance obligations regarding federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines prohibiting discrimination. |
