Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for High School TTT
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A new high school was included in the 2016-2017 District Facilities Five Year Work Program to support recent and future growth impacting East Bay and Lennard High Schools. The school will be built on Balm Road (CR 672), east of US Route 301 in the South County Region on property owned by the School Board.  The school will open in August 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year.

On August 29, 2017, the Board approved the appointment of Harvard Jolly, Inc. and Core Construction Services of Florida, LLC, to provide design and construction management services, respectively.

Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum price (GMP) will establish the maximum cost for the project.

Project completion is scheduled for June 29, 2020.

• Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship • Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety: student, employee, visitor, facility, transportation, and health • Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)

The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $75,749,853.00.
