| Approve Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Roof Replacement at Lake Magdalene Elementary School | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provides for the roof replacement at Lake Magdalene Elementary School. District staff selected R.W. Tymewell, Inc. from the approved continuing services consultants list to provide construction management services. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of the roof.
Approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will establish the cost for the project. Project completion is scheduled for July 23, 2019. |

Funds in the amount of $1,316,214.00 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8238. As of Wednesday, January 16, 2019, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $1,219,474.00.
The Guaranteed Maximum Price recommended for approval is $1,193,197. |
