| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The attached Ground Lease Agreement between the United States of America and the School Board of Hillsborough County is necessary to continue the use of the Tinker K-8 School property situated on MacDill Air Force Base.
The Lessee, the School Board, reviews and executes agreements before the Lessor as common real estate industry practice. After School Board approval, the Agreement will be presented to the United States of America through the Secretary of the Air Force by the Director of Installations Directorate for consideration and approval. |
