Approve Amendment to License Agreement with Allen Temple AME Church, Inc. and the School Board of Hillsborough County for Parking Across from the Velasco Center
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On February 18, 2009, Allen Temple AME Church and the School Board of Hillsborough County entered into a License Agreement for parking for District staff on property owned by the Church across from the Velasco Center, which was extended for an additional five (5) year term on January 21, 2014.   The Church has agreed to extend the agreement for an additional five (5) year term at the same rental fee of $9,000 annually. The district will provide the proper liability insurance coverage to the Church, but will not be responsible for any maintenance and/or repairs to the parking area. The District is very appreciative of the Church's partnership in providing this area for our employees' parking and the Church has utilized the annual rental fee to improve and pave their property, which has proved to be a benefit to the District.

$9,000 from General Fund.
