Approve Acceptance of Project for Paint (Interior, Exterior) at Hunter's Green Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for interior and exterior painting at Hunter's Green Elementary School. District staff selected Atelier AEC, Inc. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services.

The design professional has certified that the work is complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
• Establish a strong foundation of financial stewardship • Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted:  Yes)
Funds in the amount of $369,392.36 will be available in the Local Millage fund. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 8128. As of Tuesday, December 6, 2016, the remaining balance less encumbrances for this line item equaled $0.00.
