| Approve Reorganization of the Student Services Division | |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The Student Services Division is committed to providing quality education for all students in Hillsborough County. This reorganization will allow the division to focus on non-traditional students and at-risk students, increasing their access to a conducive and productive learning environment that results in achieving their high school diploma.
In order to accomplish this goal, a realignment of human capital and the retitling of the division is necessary in phases. This will involve reassigning various departments within the division. Realigning these departments will improve opportunities and outcomes for students and allow for more intentional and direct support to schools and school leaders. |
