EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
A previously approved District Facilities Five Year Work Program provided for replacement of the fire alarm systems at Carrollwood and Schwarzkopf Elementary Schools. District staff selected C. B. Goldsmith and Associates, Inc. and Vogel Bros. Building Co. from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work included window, sealant and stucco repairs; walkway traffic coatings; and exterior painting at each school. |
