| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
| The Board recently approved its Way of Work document which includes the establishment of standing Board committees. These committees are:
1. Communications The committees will meet on a regular basis and/or as needed to address a particular issue. All committee meetings will be publicly noticed and will be subject to the Sunshine Law. The committees will not have final decision authority but will make recommendations to the Superintendent and/or to the full Board. The membership of each committee will consist of three Board members. The terms of membership for the committees will be for two years. It is anticipated that each Board member will serve on two to four committees. Once the committee memberships are established, meeting times will be set. |
