Approve Reorganization of the Human Resources Division (Revised) | |
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
The reorganization of the District’s Human Resources Division will provide for better alignment and use of staff as departments at Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC) have recently merged with departments at the Sam Horton Instructional Services Center (ISC) building. Additionally, the adjustments allow the division to function in a proactive manner to better serve all stakeholders. The effective date of this reorganization is July 1, 2017. Based on Gibson Report recommendations with a customer service and fiscal accountability focus, we present the following (Attachment):
