SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Release of Easement for Ingress and Egress at Beth Shields Middle School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
Hillsborough County has been working with a developer to convert Beth Shields Way from an ingress/egress easement to the South Shore Library and Shields Middle School into a public right-of-way. The roadway will be improved by the developer and dedicated as a County right-of-way to provide direct ingress/egress from the residential subdivision to the school and library with improved traffic circulation and roadway conditions. As a matter of housekeeping, the School Board will relinquish the access easement which will no longer be necessary for a public road. |
