|Recognition of Schools and Individuals that Provided Exhibits for the Black History Month Event (Celebrating Local and National African American Legacies) at the 2017 Florida State Fair (Office of Diversity)|
|For the second year at the Florida State Fair, exhibits and live performances featuring local and national African Americans who have made a significant contribution to our community and nation, were displayed as a tribute to Black History Month.
Contributors included local schools and community members. We would like the School Board to recognize the efforts of the principals, students, and community sponsors that participated in this event.
