EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | |
This Agreement for Technical Services and associated Statement of Work (SOW) describes how Education Analytics, Inc. (EA) will support the district in the use of human capital analytics. Through this work, EA will examine, develop, and promote analytic measures related to the recruitment, placement, and retention of district teachers. EA will work with the district to evaluate current human capital data systems and explore opportunities for enhancement. | |

Funds in the amount of $140,000 will be available in the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant budget. For tracking purposes, the project number specific to this agenda item is 3205. The remaining TIF grant balance less encumbrances for this line item is $12,558,714.00. | |
