EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a result of parent/guardian response on the School Climate Perception Survey (SCIP), when asked to choose their top preferences of communication, digital/email was given first priority. The school board approved Peachjar, an e-flyer management system district-wide in the Spring (May 2016) for implementation to begin at the start of the academic year (August 2016).  To date, the district has communicated 14,283 e-flyers, saving $240,999 (2,369.18 trees) using Peachjar to over 150,000 subscribers.
